Electrical
Real and apparent power, voltage and current per phase, frequency, power factor, load share across the bank.
Telemetry platform
Every unit in the fleet reports over 30 parameters every 15 minutes, 24/7/365. Fuel consumption, emissions and maintenance requirements become a dashboard instead of a site visit, and you see exactly what our dispatch desk sees.
Our proprietary telemetry platform tracks fuel consumption, emissions and maintenance requirements continuously. That's what makes condition-based service possible, and condition-based service is why a gaseous fleet runs at a third to a sixth of diesel's service load rather than just claiming to.
What gets captured
Grouped into four families. Together they answer the only questions that matter on a remote site: is it running, what is it costing, what is it emitting, and when does someone need to go out.
Real and apparent power, voltage and current per phase, frequency, power factor, load share across the bank.
Consumption rate, cumulative burn, supply pressure and heat rate, the basis of the fuel comparison against diesel.
Equipment-level emissions data captured continuously, reportable figures rather than a retrospective estimate.
Running hours, temperatures and pressures, alarm and fault state, and countdown to the next service event.
What it enables
Service is triggered by running hours and observed condition, not a calendar. Fewer unnecessary trips, and none of the failures that come from a service interval set by guesswork.
Out-of-band conditions raise an alarm to our dispatch desk before they become an outage. You get the same alert at the same moment, no waiting for a morning report.
Equipment-level consumption and emissions data, captured continuously, forms the basis of ESG reporting, measured at the machine rather than modeled after the fact.
A real load profile over months shows whether the site is over-provisioned or about to run short, so the next capacity decision is made on evidence.
Multi-megawatt stations are remotely monitored and controlled, start, stop, sequence and load-share across the bank without a truck roll.
Under a Power-as-a-Service structure, what you're billed reconciles directly to metered equipment telemetry. The invoice and the machine agree.
Fuel flexibility
Our gaseous generators can operate on pipeline-grade natural gas, CNG and LNG, liquid propane, wellhead gas, coal-bed methane and renewable natural gas. Fuel quality drives derate and service interval, which is why a fuel analysis is part of every load study rather than an assumption.
Research & development
These are active research programs, not shipping product. We'd rather say so than imply otherwise.
See it working
We'll show you the real dashboard against a live site rather than a slide about one.
