Solutions

However you want
to own the power.

Rent it for a season, lease it for the life of the site, buy it outright, or let us own and operate it and simply bill you for the energy. The equipment is the same standardized platform either way, only the commercial structure changes.

Commercial models

Four ways to structure it.

01 · Rentals

Rentals

Industrial-grade standardized rental packages, natural gas, propane and diesel gensets delivered complete with electrical distribution equipment. Mobile, dual-fuel capable, and remotely monitored from the moment they're energized.

  • Trailer-mounted and skid packages in sound-attenuated weatherproof enclosures
  • Distribution, cable, transformers and switchgear supplied as one scope
  • Remote monitoring from day one, 30+ metrics every 15 minutes
  • Parallel additional units as load grows, up to 30 MW+ on a single site
Trailer-mounted rental generator package
  • Typical termDays to 24 months
  • FuelsNatural gas · propane · diesel
  • Range125 kW - 30 MW+
  • MonitoringIncluded, 24/7/365

Leased generator fleet
  • Typical term2 - 10 years
  • ConditionNew or used
  • DutyPrime or standby
  • FinancingLease-to-own available
02 · Leasing

Leasing

New and used generators leased for prime and standby applications, with lease-to-own financing where the site has a long horizon. You get the capital treatment of a lease with the service model of a rental.

  • Prime power leases for continuous off-grid duty
  • Standby leases for facilities that cannot tolerate an outage
  • Lease-to-own structures for sites with multi-year certainty
  • Maintenance and telemetry bundled or unbundled, your call

03 · Purchase

Purchase

Buy the asset outright, new or used generators, transformers, distribution equipment and battery storage systems. New-build lead times typically run 30 to 120 days depending on rating and configuration.

Generation

New and used gaseous and diesel gensets, 125 kW to 30 MW+.

Distribution

LV, MV and HV switchgear, transformers, cable and panels.

Storage

Battery energy storage systems for peak shaving and smoothing.

Aftermarket

Parts sales and contractor training for self-performed service.

Indicative lead times

  • Ex-fleet, available nowDays
  • Used, refurbished2 - 6 weeks
  • New build, standard rating30 - 60 days
  • New build, custom package60 - 120 days
  • Switchgear, custom fabricationQuoted per scope

Lead times vary with rating, enclosure and supply chain conditions at time of order.

What we take on

  • Capital cost of the generation and distribution assets
  • Mobilization, commissioning and demobilization
  • Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
  • 24/7/365 remote monitoring and alarm response
  • Emissions and fuel-consumption reporting

What you do

  • Provide the fuel supply and the site
  • Pay for delivered energy
04 · Power as a Service

Power as a Service

For sites that want power without owning a power plant. We fund, install, operate and maintain the equipment, and you're billed against delivered energy. No capital request, no maintenance department, no fleet to manage.

  • Operating cost, not capital cost: moves the asset off your balance sheet
  • Performance is our problem: availability is contracted, not hoped for
  • Auditable energy data: billing reconciles to equipment-level telemetry
  • Scales with the site: add or remove capacity as the load profile changes

Applications

What the power is actually for.

Mobile prime power

Continuous off-grid duty where the utility was never going to arrive. Sized to the real duty cycle, fueled by whatever gas the site can supply, pipeline, wellhead, CBM or propane, and paralleled as the load grows.

  • DutyContinuous / prime
  • Range125 kW - 30 MW+
  • Typical sitesWellsite · camp · mine · remote community

Bridge & grid-parallel power

Energy now, while the interconnect works its way through the queue. Run islanded until the utility lands, then operate in parallel for peak support, curtailment cover or contracted capacity.

  • ModeIslanded → grid-parallel
  • Typical sitesData centers · industrial expansion
  • ControlRemote dispatch and load following

Microgrids & hybrid systems

Gaseous generation paired with battery storage and, where it makes sense, renewables. The battery absorbs load steps and covers short peaks; the gensets carry base load at their most efficient point instead of chasing the curve.

  • AssetsGensets + BESS + switchgear
  • BenefitFewer running hours, better heat rate
  • ControlAutomated dispatch and sequencing

Emergency & standby

A contingency fleet that starts when the grid stops. Storm, wildfire, feeder failure or planned outage, units mobilize with distribution gear and cable already matched, so the site energizes rather than waiting on parts.

Engineering scope

Sized to the duty cycle,
not the nameplate.

Try the sizing tool
STEP 01

Load & fuel study

Real duty cycle, step loads, power factor, and a fuel analysis, because wellhead gas and pipeline gas are not the same machine.

STEP 02

Package & single line

Unit count, redundancy level, switchgear, transformers and cable specified together so nothing arrives orphaned.

STEP 03

Mobilize & commission

Standardized packages ship fast and commission faster. New builds run 30-120 days depending on configuration.

STEP 04

Monitor & maintain

Telemetry live from energization, condition-based service across Canada, parts and training if you self-perform.

Common questions

Before you send the RFQ.

Pipeline-grade natural gas, CNG and LNG, liquid propane, wellhead gas, coal-bed methane and renewable natural gas. Fuel quality drives derate and service interval, which is why a fuel analysis is part of every load study rather than an afterthought.
Typically somewhere between roughly 30% and 80% on fuel, depending on the gas source and the delivered diesel price at your site, a wellsite burning its own gas sits at the top of that range, a propane-fed camp near a highway at the bottom. Service costs fall separately: our systems require a third to a sixth of the service intervals a comparable diesel fleet needs. The sizing tool gives an indicative figure; a formal number follows the load study.
Ex-fleet rental equipment can move in days. Because the fleet is standardized, we're not hunting for a matching transformer or a one-off breaker while the site waits. New-build equipment runs 30 to 120 days depending on rating and how custom the package is.
Yes, the platform is modular. Units parallel together up to 30 MW+ on a single site, with automatic load sharing and sequencing across the bank. Growing the site means adding a module, not replacing the plant.
We do, across Canada, as a routine maintenance program. If you'd rather self-perform, we run contractor training and sell parts directly, a lot of owner-operators run that way and use us for telemetry and escalation only.
Every unit reports 30+ parameters every 15 minutes, 24/7/365, load, fuel consumption, emissions data and maintenance countdown among them. You see the same dashboard our dispatch desk does. See Technology for detail.

Next step

Send us the load and
the location.

We'll come back with a package, an indicative fuel comparison against diesel, and a mobilization date.
